Amy is very considerate with her work, she listens to your problems and helps with them. She helped my back injury recover significantly, can't thank her enough for her help.

I had the privilege of experiencing FLOpresso with Amy. Amy has a friendly, open nature and is knowledgable in her field. I felt I was in a completely safe space, in deep relaxation and loved the rhythmic waves hugging your body - didn’t want the session to end!

By the time I found Amy I’d lost all hope in my lower back ever being okay. I was skeptical about anything working, even what had worked for me in the past. I have seen physios, osteopaths, done Pilates but the most relief and best results had been from seeing a chiropractor (for 11 years) anywhere from three times a week, and if I was lucky, just once a month. I’d been having a huge amount of trouble for about six months and even the chiropractor was getting nowhere. I won’t say Amy instantly fixed me, but I’ve never had an acute episode of back spasms and walked out of an appointment totally fine, the way I did after Bowen from Amy! I’ve not been back, nor needed to go back, to a chiropractor since.Not only is my back in the best place it’s been since I can remember, visits with Amy are also good for my soul. She’s an amazing person.It’s FIVE STARS from me!

I have had the pleasure of receiving Bowen treatment from Amy on several occasions.When I first went to see Amy approx 3 yrs ago I was suffering from back & nerve pain.After a few treatments I was able to stop taking my daily dose of Panadol & Codeine. I only ever take it occasionally now.Amy has a caring nature and we became friends over the years I would recommend anyone with any sort of ailment to give Bowen a try with Amy .I will miss her excellent treatments & words of wisdom.Tauranga’s lose has been Queenstown’s gain.

I have advanced osteoporosis and am constantly looking for ways to manage it, and to maintain flexibility. I was lucky enough to made aware of Amy and her FLOWpresso suit. The treatment is very soothing and relaxing and the night after my treatment I had the best sleep I have had in years. The next morning I went for a long walk with almost no back pain whatsoever....that is a very successful outcome in terms of my ability. I am still feeling great 4 weeks later, I have much greater flexibility in my yoga practises...in fact, in everything I do, and I can't wait to enjoy another treatment again sometime soon. I cannot recommend Free Rein Therapies high enough. Absolutely first class treatment. I was somewhat sceptical that the treatment would work but having been in total agony with a bad back which kept going into spasm one day to being able to play golf four days later was nothing short of a miracle. I have had 3 sessions on the Flowpresso.I love the warmth and comfort the flowpresso gives, slowly compressing up and down your body.It's gentle and relaxing leaving your body and mind in a state of bliss.40 minutes flys by, leaving you wanting more and it's nice that you get to stay fully clothed.I totally recommend this as an option for self care;)

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. I can not recommend Amy enough. I spent nearly four months in her care and she helped me immensely. I had severe hip pain and pain in sciatic nerve area. To the point where I couldn’t sleep and would get twinges when walking. I felt relief after one session, and every session after that my pain dissipated. I did both Bowen and flowpresso. None of my pain has returned since I have stopped going. If I wasn’t leaving the country Amy would be seeing me every week forever! Do yourself a favour and try it out. I also found it a great help for mental health and Amy is great for the chats and banter to boot. Support her and support yourself by availing of her services. Getting a Bowen treatment is an amazing experience. Its so different to your traditional massage and is so relaxing. I even fell asleep!! Highly recommend Amy to anyone who is in need of some TLC!!
