Spent over $50 and recieved a chicken burger that smelt weird, had old tomato, and a cold rock HARD patty that was bent! This is no where near fresh and if i could i would go back down for a refund but that is inconveniant for me. Absolutly discustingPhotos do no justice but proof if this patty was anywhere near fresh it would at least be straighter. I managed to snap the patty put it that way.

Place was dirty, spilled drinks all over drinks station and surrounding floor area. Cheeseburgers were dry and tasteless, a bit like cardboard. NY Steakhouse burger was good though.

Bro theres this one huge indian lady and shes gotten my meals wrong TWICE we asked for three sprites with the meal she gave us two and one tea and we ordered two frozen cokes with it and didnt even get those and another time we ordered we asked for two separate drinks and when we got to the window she had mixed the drinks together and she argued with us and we could not get two seperate. Fire this lady bro

What a joke the worst hamburger I ever had. Patty dry as. Bacon only a few crumbles. Lettuce went everywhere when opening the pack and one part was not cut. Chips thrown out they tasted real bad. Worst 14 dollars I ever spend on a burger. Takeaway burgers half the price 10 times the taste and presentation normally good.

Would give 0 if I could, Restaurant is filthy and horrible. Every order Food is missing and always burnt, cold and unedible (patties will snap in half as pictured) last straw was 2 rebel Burgers being marked with rebel stickers but both contained actual beef and chicken patties, causing myself a night of agony and a doctors trip due to allergies. Never ever again.

This time around, yes, I've been other times. But this time the food was ok (it's been better) and the lady at the counter though friendly I could hardly understand her.The store looked clean and tidy at that time of day.

The food was good, drink was good, the major dissapointment is the complete lack of customer service. The guy at the first window taking payment was nice, but I had my drink thrust at me, and when she passed the food, she was busy talking to the person behind her, didn't even turn to look at me, just passed it behind her out the window, then walked away, no hello, no have a nice night. Customer service goes a long way and this place is sadly lacking.

Not only did it take 20 mins to get our food (restaurant was empty) chicken chips were hard chicken patty in my burger was hard as a rock was not worth the $75 we spent won't be going back
