White & Taylor Plumbers

This company was going to charge us extra because we decided not to listen to their plumbers bad advise. When I queried the charge the person whom answered the phone got agitated at my explanation that their plumber gave bad advise and refused to identify themselves to me. Poor all round

We needed our bathroom renovated with a larger than normal shower to accommodate a mobility shower stool and a higher than normal toilet suitable for an elderly person.White & Taylor were prompt to come out and advise what we needed and also to provide a quote ( we gave up waiting on other plumbing companies )They did an awesome job and were very affordable, would definitely recommend and use again.

Left us hanging for the weekend with no hot water after saying they'd be round later in the day to fix a valve

I have used White & Taylor Plumbers on at least three separate occasions & have always found their service to be professional & reliable. I switched from Hot Water Cylinder to Gas 3 years ago & the work was completed efficiently without a hitch. I employed them recently for a bathroom, laundry & toilet renovation & despite me changing the dates on them several times they arrived when I asked them to. They ended up completely redoing the plumbing in the 3 rooms as it was old & the pressure wasn't that great. Following the work everything is brand new, all fittings have been installed to a high standard & my water pressure is now amazing in the shower & bath. I will definitely be using them on my next project.

Came round quickly to check out our leaking hot water cylinder, replaced it quickly, kept us well informed.

TOP service! Did the job at a very short notice (I rang them at 8am and they were on site at 10am) and did it excellent, a day before a public holiday! Very friendly and helpful staff!Recommended to all! Will def use their service again! Thank you!
