I mistakenly purchased an on line voucher from this business due to a mix up with a similar business name in a different part of the country. I was impressed that they were happy to fully refund my error, no questions asked. They did it in a very pleasant and positive manner. Very professional. Would recommend this business to others, without hesitation.

I absolutely love visiting The Beauty Room. The team are incredibly friendly and professional. The services they offer are of the highest quality and you are always made to feel comfortable and welcomed. If you are looking for a bit of a pamper I would definitely recommend the facials they are the best I've ever had.

I went to the lovely Tessa for a 1 hour full body massage. The first thing she asked me was what I do for a job (which is hairdressing) she instantly knew I would be needing extra attention on my back and shoulders and was more than happy to spend more time in those areas. I have tried so many different massage places but the beauty room by far ticks all of the boxes. Stunning environment, lovely staff and amazing massage. Tessa has nice firm hands so that was great for my back! She also holds a conversation well but knows when to let you nod off.. thanks Tessa for my amazing experience! I can’t wait to come back again soon.

Georgia gave me a French manicure. First time I've had one and it looks amazing.I'm super impressed and very happy. Georgia is fab, I will definitely be booking with her again.

Highly recommend this lovely salon. Have been here many times but had a facial done for the first time by Kimberley last week and it was outstanding. She was so friendly and she did such a great facial. The salon is spotlessly clean and the receptionist Krystal (I hope I have her name right!) is very friendly and asked about things that I had mentioned last time I was in, which was a lovely touch and nice of her to remember. Have already booked my next appointments!

I love being pampered by Casey at The Beauty Room. I’ve never been one to spend quality time on my skin, but once I started I was hooked. It’s lovely, serene and professional environment is fabulous. It’s a real treat and now it’s MY treat to ME, especially now that I’m getting older, haha! I love The Beauty Room!
