Fantastic service by all three of the staff, they really went above and beyond to assist me in tracking down extra items to match in with an old bathroom set I had purchased a while back. Even though they’re now on clearance it still wasn’t a problem. So friendly and super helpful. So nice to see some old fashioned service, keep it up team!

This is one of my favourite stores in Hamilton! The shop is always beautifully laid out & the spaces exceptionally tidy & organised. The linen, furniture, decor, & colours, are inspirational, enticing & inviting. The specials are generous & customer service is top rate. I placed an order online during lockdown and not realizing it was being dispatched from Aus. So i phoned the Chartwell branch and she was amazing, her name was Tracey, she got what i ordered out of the door from store from lvl2 branch the next morning and I received it 2 days later in lvl4. Exceptional customer service 10/10!
