Richard, David, and the guys, thank you so much for all the help installing our caravan awning. She was a tricky job, but you preserved with it. It's going to be an amazing addition to our outdoor enjoyment as we travel around this beautiful country of ours. Burnsco was there for us when we had a yacht, and now with the caravan. Just amazing

I just wanna say.. I had to swap a buoyancy vest that was bought online, but unfortunately didn't quite fit me correctly.. The phone call and counter service was superb.. Swapped easily as I decided to travel 17kms to swap it.Unfortunately, I was verbally abused by another customer which kind of spoilt my experience but still great service.. Just saying... And yes, nothing to do with the shop at all.

This review was in relation to a Dometic generator that I purchased new and the electric start did not function at all. The Seaview branch where I purchased from was helpful in trying to sort the problem. With having our yacht in the Marlborough Sounds I approached the Waikawa branch and the staff member was totally disinterested and very unhelpful telling me to take it back to Wellington.The issue was finally resolved after the Seaview manager sorted it. The problem was a manufacturing problem which I endlessly tried to explain to the Waikawa staff member. Eventually the generator was swapped out

Sorry I've forgotten the name of the person who served me today, however amazing service. All I had was a badly drawn diagram of a waste system (that I drew) for a motorhome, and the waste tanks. Other than that I have zero knowledge of plumbing and the staff member looked at my diagram and got me sorted with everything I needed to make it work.Top notch service :)
