Very friendly staff and super efficient. Turned up to get my brake light looked at and Connor had it out and fixed within mins. I would highly recommend to others.

After discovering that my LED tail lights had stopped working at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon, I took my car in to try my luck at Newlands an hour before closing. I hadn't been here before, but I was very impressed. They were able to squeeze me in at the drop of a hat, and were able to find and fix the fault in about 15min. Super friendly, very accommodating and fairly priced. I will definitely be back!

Went into look at 40 channel GME set up. Alex was awesome in helping and knowledge about what I was wanting. Only waited 1 day for a item not in stock has to be ordered in. Had everything other than what needed to be ordered. Hugely recommend going to see them if your into GME set ups or anything great prices to.cheers Alex.

They are prompt when called. Joshua worked with me getting solar panels organised for the caravan. He and Newlands will be my go to now as the service was amazing. I can highly recommend Newlands.....

Technician gave me a verbal quote of $1000 to have Aircon repaired. Written quote was to follow when price for parts was confirmed by them, and an appointment for the next week was made. I paid $78 for this visit.Written quote never arrived. When I went to have the job completed as arranged, they had no appointment for me.Written quote handed to me at reception was now $2050.I did not proceed as no service available and have now had job completed elsewhere for less than quarter of the price quoted by Newlands.Would not recommend.

Good service at an even better price! Managed to fix an issue that was happening on and off and at a very good price! I will definitely come back for any auto electrical needs!

I’m not usually one to write a negative review but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received here. Took my car in to get my light switch fixed which was good and fast so that was a positive and I thought all was well! Reception also super nice so can’t fault them on that, however, when I picked up my car I noticed that the cup holder covers were down. I thought this was weird as I never have them down and they weren’t down when I dropped the car off to be fixed… I opened them up and there were major scratches all around the edges and some white drips on there. I was very surprised as I didn’t think they would need to even use that area to fix my lights. I rang them up and had to take my car back for them to look at the damage - when I received some extremely rude and condescending treatment from guy who told me that it wasn’t them and insinuated that I was lying. It was clear that he was not willing to help whatsoever so I left with no resolve as I was not going to keep getting spoken to like that. It was an extremely frustrating waste of time and petrol, and lesson learnt now to always take photos of my car before I let anyone do work on it! Safe to say I would never return here, I’ve never had a bad experience like this at a mechanic before and I hope no one else has to deal with this!
