The worst experience in Subway.I made an online order at 11:30, selected the pick-up time as 12:00, when I arrived, no one took care of my order, so I wait until 12:20 and get my sanwish. It was rediculous for waiting 50mins for a sandwish!!I am a regular to Subway, they often fail me when I make online orders. So if you guys can't handle it, why don't you just turn it OFF?

The lady was not interested in serving, she definately need retraining, left my order in half way and i was just standing there. She was too busy talking to colleague. Probably wanted free money so came work. No customer service at all. No greeting, no smile, terrible service

This is one of my regular Subway branches. It's by the Caltex. Always amble parking. They have Sub of the Week which is budget friendly. I have met the same stuff for almost two years. However, during my last visit, I could see two salad boxes are empty: no spinach and cucumber.

Always run out of popular bread, offering just the leftovers. Close at random hours even though online says open. Terrible store, should close for good!!!04/06/23Went back as i live down the road, no staff in sight, bread doors open, no lids on veges… called out, no one came out, went to gas station and got someone to go find the subway staff out back.. Out of best breads and flat wraps, couple vege containers empty.. must be bad management/training, cant be down to the staff with this many 1 star reviews

The lady with a training was not interested in customer service, seriously in need of more training. Was looking at her phone while working; serious hygiene issue . Incorrectly ordered another meat on the sandwich ; instead of rectifying the staff chose to gang up and making the order a terrible experience.Would never visit this place ever again. Terrible service

Ordering in store is always great, as they cant get away with being cheap! They are intentionally leaving cheese out of every single online order, not to mention barely including vegetables either.. not one to leave reviews but I would argue 9 sandwich's is too many to simply be an accident. Quite disappointed to say the least. Photo attached is a $15 sub with no cheese, barely any toppings..

Been there quite a few times, usually around lunch time.Despite of couple of trainees and how busy the store was, they did really well.The lady who was training new staff was amazing with her management skills ( have worked for similar industry for 3 years so I understand it isn't easy)Thanks team :)

TERRILBE would be an understatement the staff don't gaf about anything no stock no bread absolutely useless and then i get told . we're only accepting cash " at the very end when they've made my sandwich !!!!"

The store is extremely busy, yet staff are pottering away in the background, instead of serving customers. Younger female staff member is extremely rude. The rest of the staff are ok, but no one remembers to smile, or ask how you are? I thought customer service is about welcoming customers, and making them feel appreciate. Food quality is good, just the staff and lack of planning for busy periods has let the branch down. Judging by the other reviews on here, im not the only one to notice the extremely poor service from the workers here.
