Bought a suit here which needed tailoring. The staff were professional and knowledgeable of their product. I even got a discount. :-)Whilst not a huge range to choose from, the suits are of decent quality with a good mix between trendy and classic.

Went into store today to purchase Xmas presents for my husband and son. Upstairs in the menswear department, yet again, I stood there waiting to be served by the elderly gentleman there to no avail. This isn't the first time this has happened here in the menswear department even though I was the only customer up there. I left to spend a few hundred dollars elsewhere and will never return...

They missed out on a $100 sale.I stood at the counter in menswear for at least 3 minutes and was not acknowledged.!If they are busy a staff member should at least smile and say we will be with you shortly

Popped into the cafe for coffee and had the most lovely young woman serve us - just so bright and positive. And the coffee and food was fabulous too!!

My online purchase didn't arrive but the help line was great and they refunded without issue. I would recommend them despite the issues we had.
