I have been lucky enough to experience the healing hands of both Yvette and Emma from Hands on Health. They are both highly trained, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their ability to read your body and tissue and treat specifically is second to none. They are always the first massage therapists I would ever recommend to anyone - be it an elite athlete through to someone utilizing massage as a tool to boost their well being.

Hands On Health - Latta Massage Therapy
I had been suffering chronic tension headaches for several years. At Latta Massage Therapy, Emma's expert skills made a major contribution to me gradually being cured of this debilitating problem. I've had a 95% reduction in pain since I started attending Latta in late 2016 - a huge turnaround that makes a massive change for the better in my quality of life. I can't recommend Emma highly enough.

I have been seeing Yvette for a few years and she is highly qualified and extremely skilled in Massage Therapy. Her professional and friendly approach and her top rate skills have kept me being able to function. Yvette works at getting to the bottom of issues and provides awesome deep massage followed up with stretches to do at home. I always feel so much better after a session with Yvette (or her team).

I just keep coming back again and again for my therapeutic massage from Emma. What a star. My back and neck have never been so good. Was only going to do it for a few months. Couple of years and still going strong. Always feel rejuvenated afterwards.
