This lady had to be the rudest women I have come across. It really is not that hard to be polite to paying customers.All we wanted is a receipt as we are a local business and need it for the books.She said no. Refused to helpWill be using the one down the road from now on... 3 strikes you are out

We do all our own washing but a CK duvet is just to much for our machine, Hobsonville laundry had it washed and dried and ready collect within 2 hours, great service

1st visit wash mach was good, smelled clean, staff abrupt/rude. Made 4 visits now machines stink (my wash mach at home still not fixed, 6 weeks now, techs can't solve problem), weekend staff OK, Mon to Fri lady still rude. Another laundromat opening soon at Hobby Shops Clarke Road, will go there until my machine fixed or replaced.

I would highly recommend Hobsonville Laundromat. Very nice people and very helpful It is great to have someone on the premises all times as well. Prices are very good. I love that we have an option of drop off and pick up later. So no waiting around. The machines are always clean and the clothes don’t come out smelling like old water like some places. Absolutely wonderful service from the team at Hobsonville Laundromat; great communication, transparent pricing and friendly chats. The shop and machines are always super clean and tidy, and I love that there's a dedicated pet washing" machine! I've only recently moved to the area and am stoked to have found such a lovely local business; I'll be coming here regularly for my washing. Thanks ladies!"

Have been coming here for a few months now. The machines are always clean, and staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The drop off service is super convenient and with a busy schedule, it's well worth the extra cost. Highly recommend.
