A lovely moderately sized area. Beware of broken glass around old camp fire spots. Gorgeous place. Please be respectful of the land and each other.

Massive campsite. Near the river bed. Would give more stars if the place was kept tidy and litter free. Lots of glass everywhere. Not keen on wearing bare feel at all.

Shredded tyres from burnouts all over road, overflowing rubbish, burnt wreck. Shame. Stayed there before this happened. Was nice spot.

Plenty of space to camp, dogs are allowed, river close by if you want to swim or dip your toes, good clean toilets. The only downside is the amount of broken glass and rubbish, definitely recomend wearing footwear as the glass is very well hidden in the sand. There are no bins here, make sure you take your rubbish away, leave the reserve clean and tidy so everyone can enjoy this spot.

Enjoyed my camp here. Good riverside walk.Clean toilets and rubbish bins provided although I did pick up two 18ltr bags of rubbish from the surrounding bushes. Warnings around toxic algae at certain times of the year, for swimmers.The acacia trees (wattle) are in full flower, August, and the scent is lovely.

It's sad to see the cliff has fallen down in a massive slip taking down a couple of trees. I used to take my children there in summer to go swimming. Sadly there were broken alcohol bottles thrown along the river side. I tried to pick some up so my dogs didn't get cut feet. As well there were two burnt out cars left to rust and bits of rubbish from the fire cast around. Does anyone care for this reserve? The people who do that damage just stop and think. Small children and pets also use this place and it needs to be safe for everyone.

Lovely place for camping out with families and friends .The water is nice and clean and would be great for a swim during summer time
