Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Auckland

First time my wife went there and ask regarding about how to apply visa to Taiwan and the woman at the front desk is so rude and shout at her and tell her to apply online her self. Second time my father when their to renewal he's passport and they told him that they will post the new passport to him, but after two months he still haven't received it so he call the the front desk and they told him that they don't post the passport and he have go to the office and get it him self, and no one notice him regarding his passport is ready to pickup. Very poor service and I won't go there if it's nessary. Me as nationality of Taiwan I felt disappoint and ashamed of they providing such service to their people and other nations.

Home for overseas Taiwanese.

Very helpful, lovely staff answered questions.

Horrible attitude!! Does not respond to email enquiry, when phone in to ask for details the lady on the phone was in a rush and rude, simply said she does not know anything told me to go search for the details myself on their website.... seriously, disappointing!!!

Generally very helpful reception staff but not today. Referring every query to official website. In a big hurry, may be late for her lunch break! Not a good first contact for visitor to Taiwan.
