There was a lovely friendly guy when I went there today to get my 9kg topped up. They help you put it in the car too, which is quite rare these days as the petrol stations now expect people try carry full cylinders across the forecourt back to your own car by yourself.

What a epic service. Another supplier couldnt connect me and didnt tell me. I called the manager at kiwi gas and he put two extra bottles on the truck and brought them over same day. Good old school customer service, where someone actually answers the phone.

Great service, friendly staff...I bought a brand new 4kg tank from Mitre10 for $60, took it to KiwiGas, and filled it for $17. Total: $77.But I could have just bought a fully reconditioned, filled tank (also good for 10 years) for only $56.

Been an ideal experience so far, KiwiGas have delivered very quickly to a less than ideal situation for me, and the admin staff have fixed a blooper of mine rather professionally...Just 1 warning people when you call a person" answers the phone straight away."

Have recently switched to another supplier, one bottle that i returned back to Kiwigas still has 18kg gas left but they refused to give me any credit, which is really nonsense coz other gas supplier will normally weigh the used bottle and only charge the kilos that customers actually have used. Just really bad experience and i won't recommend Kiwigas service to anyone

Hi we've used Kiwi Gas 3 times while we've been staying in Rolleston we've found them extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.highly recommend.

I’ve been calling them since 9 am I’m still listening to a recorded message telling me I’ve called outside office hours it’s 12. 20 pm I’ve made 9 calls. I am now looking to change my gas provider. It turns out it was a public holiday, my mistake , I’m sorry.

We very recently had to change suppliers due to their lack of communication/ delivery roughness and bad delivery options. I rang Kiwigas on Thursday (day before public holiday) and was greeted by a lovely lady who had us all sorted and squeezed us in for a delivery the following Monday (thankfully or we would've been gasless). We are still getting used to bottled gas after coming from reticulated gas in the North island and are really thankful for places that can make it painless.The gas delivery guy was lovely too.
