I used to live Nandos as a kid, but now that I know they are supporting the suffering of chickens at their stores - I won’t be back until this changes.

First time ever to a Nando’s and quite seriously won’t be my last. Nice entrance way with plenty of well placed seating and a condiment bar for extra classic Nando sauces. I had the Burger “Thigh & Slaw”Grilled PERi-PERi chicken thighs, coleslaw, caramelised onions and aioli.Well crafted and easy to handle + totally filled the hunger gap. Keen to try the vegetarian options next time as my first preference. Plenty of parking around the shopping centre and kid-friendly. Yum!

Worst ever serviceOrdered one chicken and one vege burger and chips on uber eats but received both chicken burgers. My partner is vegetarian. She ate a bite then she realized its not vege patty.When i called the shop they didn't even apologise for that. They said they can not deliver again nor they can refund. The only thing they offered is a vege burger which i have to pick up. (Why would i pay delivery fee to uber eats if i had to pick up myself). Somehow i keep myself calm, i went to shop. Staff didn't apologise at all. I have to wait there another 15 minutes. When i came back home and opened the bag the burger bun was very dry and cold. Looks 4 to 5 days old with very less filling. My first chicken burger was alright and i know they made this vege burger like that intentionally

Food is standard for Nando's if you've been to one, you know what to expect. We went on a public holiday, the staff were quick to tell us about the 15% public holiday charge, which is good in case people miss it on the menu. It was really quiet when we went, most people were doing take away, which was great for us.

Can't find a minus rating option.. Terrible food now... Used to order quite regularly then due to their uncertain trading hours and frequent closures, stopped going there. Their original chicken used to be marinated overnight and then they would grill. That was authentic taste. Now they just have cut the process of marination and rather grill it and throw tonne of sauce over it mixed with some salad dressing. It's just short cut to create volumes. Both orders were literally floating in ton of sauce and were UNCOOKED. never going back

We bought whole Peri-peri chicken with 2 sides tonight for takeaway. However, chicken meats are raw still got pink juice coming out, corns are off completely taste sour.

Ordered a whole chicken. The chicken size was big and it looked like there was less than 1 whole chicken. Would have been better if it was cut in smaller pieces. Customer service was excellent. The new decor was lovely and comfortable.
