I had booked months in advanced and made prompt payment to secure my booking and also checked in to confirm the booking times.I have been watching your work for months! I even got a small balloon bouquet for my cousins birthday and referred you to my sister for her sons 1st and really got me excited for my sons first birthday decor. So when you cancelled last minute, I wasn’t given any notice to find another person, I am very disappointed.

Bought a helium birthday balloon bouquet for my husbands 30th earlier this year. I was blown away at pick up, did not expect it to look THAT good. I’m not the type to splurge on balloons but I would say it was definitely worth the money. Amazing work! Helium lasted about 3 days and still looked perfect. Highly recommend.

Ordered personalized balloon for delivery for my sons 5th birthday weeks in advance and paid in full. Confirmation was received. No communication on the day until I messaged asking where the balloon was. No apology was given just a “Heya it was forgotten” somehours after the delivery time and they processed refund. No apology until I said “an apology would go a long way”. It’s not about the money but being a reliable business. Don’t have things on your website to order if all you’re going to do is “forget”!

The team at Balloonz are excellent, I had a last minute same day request for a birthday dinner arrangement for my 13 year old son. Their service from first contact to the delivery was exceptional and the quality of the balloons outstanding.
