Wheelchair accessible but a bit compact to move around in.This store has a variety of products and brands to look at.When they have their discounts or specials it is well worth to buy.I have purchased my bathroom scales with up to a 40% discount..towels face cloths mirrors etc..Helpful staff always a good shopping experience there.

Had an emergency during Alert Level 3, needed to pick up some items ASAP. Click and collect was estimating 5-7 days, but I called the store and they were the most helpful, lovely staff I could have asked for. Within 10 minutes of the call I had everything I needed in-hand. Extremely helpful and extremely fast, I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Hit and miss re staff to be honest. The Indian lady that served me was lovely, helpful and all round nice. Some of the other staff lack energy and their faces would crack if they ever smiled, also looking down your nose at customers says a lot about you. To be fair the above comment is directed at one lady in particular. Otherwise the store is packed with good quality bedding linen towels and accessories at great prices. Be sure to become a member, you'll receive member discounts.

Henderson and St Lukes Stores were super helpful as what I needed was spread out across two locations. Kind of a bummer.Only complaint: Cancelled click and collect order when I realised personal attendance ensures receive today instead of up to 7 days. Another bummer.Outstanding customer experiences, thank you ladies. Lovely winter bedding products, thank you BBB.

One staff followed my partner and I around the store our entire visit!! I assume it’s because we are brown therefore fit the stereotype of shoplifters which is racist! We were in there to buy xmas gifts which we eventually did after the staff member followed us around for about 15 minutes. Do better.
