I shop here often for the top up of food shopping, prices are good in some things.I found some staff outstanding and friendly as. There’s a very talk girl that works there, always see her smiling and a willingness to help customers which is awesome to seeThough I’d be stoked if they would stock halal certified foods too.

For the last two times shopping online, with things not getting supplied, which is fine but getting charged the full amount and having every excuse to not be credited, of it not being them, it's the bank" to a credit should come through in a couple days to get me out of the shop.. it's not good enough and we will be taking our shopping elsewhere from now on.I would advise if people are buying online here to check their bank account to the invoice everytime.Time saved shopping online

The vegetable and fruit prices in this store are almost all $1-3 dollars more expensive than at New World Warkworth. Pretty disappointing. But what was even more disappointing was when there were so many people stranded last night because of the floods/storm, Countdown did not offer any assistance to the people or volunteers. Thankfully the community in Warkworth and the surrounding areas are so great that they stepped up to help!

Did a shop there yesterday, empty shelves & high prices. At home today, I found a packet of coffee that was already open & when I removed my tomatoes from the packet, found a very rotton tomato, with a very mouldy tray underneath. Considering the prices we pay these days, I don't think it's too much to expect that the items being presented, are in excellent condition. Unimpressed.

Lovely team but the continued lack of stock is frustrating. I find that Silverdale has more selection and better stock. Still an issue a couple of months on from my initial review

We get a countdown delivery to Mangawhai which comes from the Warkworth store and Daryl has to be the nicest delivery driver ever! He is always greeting us with a smile, good chats and is so efficient. He is so lovely and so many people that get deliveries from him say the same. He is such an asset to your store. 12/10 customer service.

It's a supermarket, and that's it... but remember... all countdown profits go off shore (countdown is Aussie owned) and all New Worlds are locally and privately owned... your choice peeps!
