Terrible !!First they changed the opening hours from 9am to 4pm to 9am to 12 pmI traveled 9 hrs round trip to collect my currency but couldn't get it as they changed the opening hours. That was on Monday 22/5/23Now it's 24/5/23 I left home at 5am to make it there in time and they're closedIt's only 10.40am, not to mention no one picks up the phone there.Appalled by the service at this point I want my money back never again don't use this travelex.

Myself and colleagues go to this office frequently having to exchang American dollars. There is only one other option for foreign exchange in tauranga but this one is centrally located. The lady at the counter is aware of this. We'd like a quick efficient service. We do not receive this. They are often depleted of NZ dollars. There are often queues where she spends heaps time with one customer small talk and frequently it is closed in the middle of the day. A competitiveis

Would of being easier if I flew to China to get the currency myself. Why have a phone if you don't pick it up. It would eliminate half the issues. Would've saved me time and money.Thank you so much for understandingYeah right

Had ordered some currency online on Saturday wanted to pick it up on Tuesday, i get an email saying that it was read for me on Tuesday, went it and collected it such an easy stressfree process, The lady that served me was nice and friendly, highly recommend
