Had a tow bar fitted at Autotec and was really happy with the service recieved. Friendly team with good communication and I felt the price was fair. Went above and beyond for me also which was great. Would definitely use Autotec again if I was still local.

So glad to have met Bally and his team during my stay in Invercargill! Bally went through the checks and thoroughly explained what happened before implementing the whole game plan. Honestly, when my head on the Toyota Estima cracked, I thought, how am I able to pay for a new head. Well the owner of the store gave me his stationwagon in exchange for my van. That was the best thing that ever happened to me. What mechanic does that for their customer. That's one in a million. We swapped and exchanged details on the spot. We both had a win win. Excellent service.

Bally and his team are exceptional! Such friendly service. We called while on a road trip in our motorhome, and after calling a number of shops and being told that there was no way they could see us the same day, Bally kindly told us to stop in and he'd take care of our brake issues. We were greeted with a friendly smile, and we were on our way again in under an hour. If you want someone you can trust, look no further!

I use Autotec for all my vehicles. I have found them to be excellent with all the work they do. They are very knowledgeable and fast with repairs and servicing.They specialise in WOF repairs and they don’t take days to have them done, their rates are very reasonable too!I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a mechanic to look after them without all the complications and have the reassurance that they are in good hands!

Faultless service . Car is running so much smoother than it was before , new faults which weren’t picked up prior . Recommend switching it up to a 5star garage that tells you which will fail at a wof rather than waiting till it’s too late. First time here , won’t be the last. Afterpay is also a game changer. Very fair and great prices. Love dealing with Bally!
