In store experience very good, friendly team.Not sure if you guy's put the stickers and frame protection film on? I just wish that stuff was left in the box as I now have a mission to remove it all.Derailleur hanger has a nice gouge in it from the chain, would have been nice if that was replaced. I've built up loads of my own bikes and when setting the Derailleur I'm always super careful not to run the chain off the bottom cog, also never seen brake hoses coiled like this very strange. Apart from that everything else seems good.Thanks.

Just popped in to get a bike pump, the guys were really friendly and helpful, they pumped up my tire, gave me a lesson on how to use pump, changed my bike seat for me, adjusted the seat height and removed a light fixture I never used. Honestly it’s the best customer service ever!

The two young people in here today were wonderful, in particular the female staff member who dealt with me mostly. I'm a complete novice with bikes and they were super helpful, informative, and friendly. And patient. 99Bikes service was also extremely quick considering I ordered the bike online at 11.45pm last night. Pay rise for them.

Great range of bikes, good prices and pretty good service. Worth asking for a discount on older models.It pays to shop around all the 99 stores as I received different pricing from each and service was better at some than others. They also have one of the best ranges of accessories of any bike shop in Christchurch.We have purchased 6 bikes from them now.

From the time we first looked at the ebike we eventually purchased, everyone at 99Bikes were extremely helpful. We were never pressured and Adam, who was the main person we dealt with, couldn't have been more helpful.This was our first experience with 99 Bikes and, based on this transaction, certainly won't be the last.The way we were treated was in direct contrast to the almost dismissive way another major bike chain handled the sale of a bike to me!These guys are a pleasure to deal with.

Popped into 99 Bikes for a look for a new bike for our son. Excellent service. Found a bike, was given the chance to test ride it with out supervision, bought it and they had it ready for pick up a hour later. Very friendly service, polite.
