I was told I had to pay $13 extra postage for a pre paid $5 bag. I decided to take my parcel to another post shop and was told there was no extra charge. It pays to shop around even with postage.

I love this shop but it's a shame one of the post office assistants is one of the unfriendliest I've ever come across - no smile, no words - no communication except literally a grunt - not acceptable! Will continue to use the shop but not the post shop.

Lost my parcel and when I called to ask about the tracking the lady was incredibly rude and made it out like it was my fault. Don't be in customer service if you can't be polite. Won't be returning.

Very rude service from middle aged blonder woman at the postal area of shop, who has worked here for years, not the new postal woman. . She was hostile, rude and belligerent about a request regarding a lost parcel. I was trying to ascertain why I couldnt check the tracking. Wont be going back there under any circumstances, for any reason. If you offer the services, you give the service.

Sassy saleswoman, not service with a smile, made me feel like I wasn’t worth serving since I wanted to paywave a postage bag. Some of the staff are nice but I get anxiety every time I go in not knowing how I will be greeted.
