I came here for a toner in between appointments at my regular salon. Rather than tone my hair they dyed it permanently. 2 months later and I was wondering why it wasn’t washing out? Pretty bummed about it,

Absolutely loved my experience and cannot recommend this salon enough. Everyone who works here is super friendly and accommodating to all of their customers, even when it’s super busy they take their time with you. They are consistent with their quality service and the salon is kept clean and organised. Roisin is not only absolutely lovely but incredibly knowledgeable, and I have complete confidence in her skills. I can always count on her when it comes to getting the detailed attention and care that I am after.Thank you guys and see you for my next appointment.

Great customer service!!I had the pleasure of having Melissa do my hair- I came in with coloured hair that was hard to work with and the results she gave me were better than I expected. She was attentive and is so bloody good at what she does! Provided me with info for the products I would wanna look at moving forward.The other ladies were patient when I had issues with payment and we're so kind!

Twice I’ve had the pleasure of having Melissa do my hair. First was to do my roots and 2 weeks later, foils. She just knew what I wanted. She listened and delivered way more than I expected. Even product recommendation and explanation behind it was informative and helped me understand why I needed it. I highly recommend going to Melissa, her work is AAA++

Worst place to get hair done. Worst experience, Had hair style done for my graduation ceremony. The price include hair wash and blow dry too, but don't know what shampoo they used, made my hair completely ruff and dry and even didn't wash my hair properly. And the hair style dropped 10 minutes after I left the salon, I called back to them to notify them and the hair dresser asked me to go back to her but I couldn't as I already left for the ceremony. All she said was I HAVE DONE MY JOB PROPERLY

Always such a pleasure to go there! The girls there are fantastic. Good listeners for how you want your hair done and very genuine and they really go out of their way to make you look and feel awesome. Great value at Synergy to finish it all off as well.

As someone who doesn't like going to salons because of my crippling anxiety, Synergy Lower Hutt is the one place I'll make an exception because of how comfortable I feel with them. They all are so friendly. My hair is super difficult to work with but Lauren had the patience of a saint! Thank you Lauren! My hair feels so super soft now.
