Picton Water Taxis

Terrible service. Walked into their office, stood there for several minutes while the person at the counter was doing something on the computer. Not once did he look up or say anything, I stood there right in front of him for quite a while and was totally ignored until I just walked out. I appreciate he could have been busy on the computer, a simple courtesy of saying “I will be with you in a minute “ was all that was needed, there was nobody else there waiting. Clearly they didn’t want our business

Too rude

Friendly and informative service. In off season linked in with larger company.Nicely designed boats for travelling in Queen Charlotte Sound. Set charge for boat and time spend travelling and water taxi waiting at destination.Negotiation over time and if shared journey.So fixed price but may go up if more people and time taken. Important to be on time.Parking is close and leave time for paying parking fee. Easiest to use credit card for boat and parking.
