The food seems great but I've just realised that the containers aren't recyclable, incredible! Hey, what plastic containers aren't recyclable, it's 2020?! And on their website they claim: Real ethics are what we demonstrate". What a joke. Imagine the millions of Jimbos pet food containers currently floating around the world

Have been a loyal customer for a few years for my cat and dog. Have noticed the price hike and also the smaller 800 gram container compared to the original 900. Yet we pay more! Disgusted!Never buying from you guys ever again. Have told my in laws also, they have stopped too. I will continue to let family and friends know of YOUR lack of loyalty towards hard working kiwis. Why isn't there a no star option???

Price has risen and large containers now 800g not 900g. Now sourcing alternative food for my 4 cats. Too expensive to buy Jimbos now.

The price and amount of fat content has risen astronomically over the last year. I now sadly would never recommend this for any pet you loved!

Don't deserve 1 star. Disgusting , greedy company. More fat in pottles, price increased 40% last year, now they reduce volume another 20%. Shameful bunch of you know what. Never buy again and tell others same.

Price went up,product size dropped by 20%, seems to have an awful lot of fat and gristle now...and worse than this....the cats and the hedgehog refuse to touch it. Waste of money and really disappointed that in 3 ways (cost, size and ingredients), Jimbos has shafted their customers.

My cat loves your food but what I want to know is why is the Jimbos dog food cheaper then the cat food when its exactly the same stuff and weight. Example: cat food 11.99 dog food 7.99 for 940g, I get my cat the dog food unless the cat food is on special. Also I like that I can reuse the containers to hold her treats and biscuits in.

I was really happy using this as do bulk orders for my pets like 120kg+. Im quite sad bombay foods stop doing bulk orders for raw dog food so still in the hunt for raw food deliveries for cheaper. E.g 25kg tripe was like $79 etc. I used them quite a lot. Just wanted to know who purchased the raw foods part of the business and if I could order direct?
