Why is there no accessibility access for people in wheelchairs or on crutches? It completely spoiled our experience. Staff were great. Smooth operation but only stairs in this day and age? Really! Time to do better. What are your future plans to improve accessibility?

Very well organized, no hassle. Drive on Drive off. Didnt spot many road signs to the actual destination- thank goodness for Google maps.

Clean boats very friendly staff. Coffee and food on board. Also able to carry goods over to waiheke or great barrier islands. Can take car on board as well.

Our trip to Motutapu Island was good, but coming home was a bit unpleasant. We were left waiting in cold, rainy weather for an additional 40 minutes before we were collected. I'm not sure the reason, but not the best experience.

Nice and tidy ferry and terminal. Friendly staff. Well organised. Tried two different ferries: different designs and different speeds. Toilets were not bad, cafes were closed due to pandemic restrictions. On-time and well scheduled. Lovely when u get the second storey.

Most impressed by the whole operation. Efficient and friendly. Best customer service we’ve seen in a long time, had to cancel one passenger and after 1 email all sorted (within minutes)
