Daniel and the team are wonderful to deal with. They keep my laptop in good working order, and well protected. They can come to me when I can't get to them, and have recently developed a cool portal, so I can quickly drop them a line from my desktop and they'll look at my issue remotely. I love it! Makes it so much faster to get the job done :) Their rates are fair, and affordable. They take care of updates for me too, so I don't have to remember all the techy stuff ;) I was happy to hear they also run a device recycling scheme to get devices to folks that wouldn't otherwise have access without their help. I highly recommend ITstuff[ed] cos I reckon you'll enjoy them immensely and their work is top notch :]

Used this company today to instill virus protection on my computer, was delighted with the service Daniel provided, made sure my computer operating at 100%, explained the process as it was happening in language non tech person would understand, best service ever, would highly recommend Daniel and his team.

I took my tablet in to be sorted out. A friend had recommended them. A young guy fiddled with it pretty casually. After half an hour he shrugged and said he didn't know what was wrong. But he charged me $70 which I felt was steep as he had been no help at all.2 weeks later I took the tablet in to the library.A guy there spent 10 minutes on it and got it sorted. Thank goodness for the library.

Daniel was very prompt and professional, answered all our questions in an easy way without too much technical jargon & fixed the problem all in an hour. He also took the time to check that all our other devices were working correctly and had appropriate security protection. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to call again.
