Got a quote to relay lounge carpet. John turned up on time to do the quote and told me he would email it to me the next day. A week later no email so went it to get it it. Good price so few weeks later went in to book it, the receptionist had to find my file on Johns desk, his filing system involved files scattered over his desk and even on the floor, which was where my file was, this should have been my second warning after the failed email. Still decided to go ahead with the quote and had to pay 50% deposit and told that John would ring me at the end of the day to confirm the date. He never rang me and I had to ring them the next afternoon. Happy enough to take my money for no work, will not be using carpet court when it comes time to recarpet the whole house.

We purchased Vinyl from Carpet Court in which they did the install also. The 2 pieces of Vinyl in the install don't match in colour. A Rep from carpet court and a rep from the vinyl manufacturer came to view the problem and both agreed that the vinyls were of a different shade. A week after the reps came I received a phone call from Carpet Court saying that the manufacturer had found no defect in their product and there were no issues with the install. How can there not be a problem when the final product looks like this. The Vinyl has also started to bubble and peel from where the 2 pieces join. The worst part of the situation is that Carpet Court has refused to do anything about it. I was promised we would have discussions of a resolution but have been ignored whenever I have tried to contact their rep. They have ignored the issue hoping it will go away.WARNING: Avoid giving them your business. If anything goes wrong with your install they will ignore you.

Just had our new flooring installed in our kitchen this morning by the very awesome Dave from Carpet Court. What a top guy, extremely professional and an absolute pleasure, got the job done perfectly, can totally recommend. Thanks also to Justine in the office for making it happen on the right day ;)

We had a flood in our kitchen we needed new lino Carpet Court were great but Nick Hall laid it perfectly he was courteous efficient and left everything nice and neat Thanks for all your services .

Helped me to get a great price on some nice carpet. Retail staff were helpful and friendly, and the installer was quick and professional. Would be nice if they could put a clear due date on their invoices but other than that great service.

Very very helpful team. Shane is amazing, he gets things done and always there when needed.

Not very impressed. I talked with Stephanie, Flooring Consultant in store and she later came to measure in August or September. She said she will send a quote but I never heard back from her despite chasing her up and calling the store. When I gave up on Carpet Court, I had to pay premium at the other store in order to get the job done within my pre Christams deadline.
