We had our Mystique blind/curtains installed last week. We are extremely happy with them, exactly what we hoped for. Simple but classy. We were told 10 weeks for delivery, and it was dead on 10 weeks. Installation day went smoothly - Steve and his buddy (sorry cant remember his name) were super efficient and professional. Special thanks also to Rebecca who helped us along the journey. Great work guys, will absolutely recommend. AAA+++

Our motorised roller blinds failed to work. I rang the team Monday morning and was told they would be over as soon as they could. They rang at 10.30 to say they could be there at 12.00 midday and duly showed up at midday. They quickly fixed the blinds and made sure that all 3 blinds were perfectly aligned and that we were happy with the job. Absolute wonderful and professional service. Highly recommended. Well done guys

Decent product, does what it says on the tin, but the service is horrendous.Our sales consultant, Barbara, left in the middle of our shop consultation, then ordered the wrong blinds, and had the audacity to blame my partner when the wrong blinds showed up. We were literally standing in front of the blinds we wanted in the showroom, pointing at them, telling Barbara that we had chosen these specific blinds. It was a dead simple order, but Barbara managed to completely botch it.Her store manager, Cherie, initially took Barbara's side and insisted we would have to just live with" the wrong blinds. Blinds we did not order

After searching for reviews for Window Treatments the review below popped up using Barbara as a employee. We had the same lady. She came out to our house to measure the blinds and sent through a quote for me to confirm. The blind stack was on the wrong side and when questioned she told me she had it right. I sent her a photo of the sliding door to then be told I was correct. The blinds turned up and there were no fixing brackets to the architrave and when we go to put them up the wand/cord length was to the floor when we discussed with her we want it to match exactly like the ones in the house at 1250mm! DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULDN’T USE AGAIN.

Recommend the Mystique blinds. Very elegant. Dissapointed with end result as opening to one side which is not what i intended.Seek clarification from consultant when ordering as I should have.Company were prompt to try to rectify the problem but gap down the centre of blind when side opening not ideal either.

We had a full consult with Brent and he did all the measurements. We went to the new showrooms and the sales consultant there was very helpful and sat with us to help decide colours - we spent quite a long time in the showroom and she was very helpful and patient.The mystique curtains and roller blind products were manufactured and installed within 8 weeks with a lot of that time being the holiday period. I was lucky enough to get a install slot from someone elses cancellation.Very happy with the products and the install team was friendly and everything looks good.Thanks team.
