Absolutely disgraceful service. I waited 3 weeks for a reply via email and never got one. They claim they didn't receive either of my emails. Both of which I submitted on their website through the contact form as advised. They then proceeded to advise me that the easy returns means I need to send the item back at my own expense. This is not an easy return as advertised. DO NOT WASTE your money.Whilst I was waiting to speak to a manager I got disconnected and then when I called back I was on hold for 16 minutes and then my call was again dropped.They just want your money and provide no service what so ever.As for the item. The multifryers inside dish is too small. I don't understand how a family of 8 could be fed from this. Ours is only a nuclear family of 4 and it is too small for us. I have yet to even use the darn thing as I wanted to return it and purchase a better option from elsewhere.There returns policy is also rubbish.

Bit shout out to Claudia, Susan and Kevin (FB messenger contact, Showroom Administrator and Service Manager respectively) who, despite of Auckland's lockdown, resolved an issue with delayed replacement parts on our damaged De'Longi LaSpecialista coffee machine under warranty. They stepped up and replaced the 18 month old machine outright! Awesome Team. This is our third Delonghi (excluding the replacement) which have always been top performers - it's great to be matched by excellent customer service. Thank you

Almost a month (27 November 2021) since I purchased my new coffee machine from Briscoe's under promotion. I lodged for the promotion voucher, one of the reasons for purchasing the machine, but have yet to receive my goods.In 2020 it was near impossible to contact anyone at De'Longhi to find a replacement part, neither emails to the online support or telephone services work.Both the 0508 number and the Auckland showroom number with no results. the 0508 number says I'm first in the queue but after 20 minutes holding, no response.All email addresses bounce from one to another, in most instances I receive a message to say that the inbox in question is not monitored any longer, and to use the online form. This goes no where as well.Shocking service from De'Longhi. I will be returning my machine to Briscoe's, purchasing the item under false pretences safe in the knowledge that without a machine, if something goes wrong, I don't have to deal with this level of ineptitude again.

Paid over $1,000 for a coffee machine, that happens to have app support. You can't even use it to make a coffee for you in the morning automatically - there is no timer support and the machine cleans itself into your cup every time. This is all assuming that the app actually works, which it doesn't. There are dozens and dozens of complaints on both the App Store and Play Store showing that the app does not work and support just keep asking for more screenshots.

We recently purchased a coffee machine from De'Longhi. The De'Longhi team (including Andrew and Giovanni) were fantastic to deal throughout, from choosing the machine, through to delivery and ongoing customer support. They went above and beyond the usual customer service and have been available outside of hours to assist with our queries. The coffee machine itself is awesome and we recommend De'Longhi NZ without hesitation.

We bought a La Specialista coffee machine a few months ago through Harvey Norman. Ever since purchase the Latte Crema system has been running very inconsistently; sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. After being in touch with DeLonghi about the issue, they told us to drop the machine off for inspection and repairs at their service centre in South Auckland.After visit number 1, apparently they couldn't find anything wrong with the machine, however, the problem was still there. After my wife sent videos of proof to show the faulty Latte Crema system, it went back for visit number 2. This time they did in fact find some issues (as the videos illustrated) and believed they had resolved the problem. We collect the machine in the hope that the issue has actually been fixed. Unfortunately, the problem is still there (further videos have been sent to prove this) and this time the machine comes back with a few scratches and scuffs (picture attached), and to add further insult to injury the steam wand doesn't work.You can imagine how annoyed we are with the whole experience thus far. Customer service have finally escalated this to management after we told them to, and to replace the machine. They've also told us to take it back to the service centre for a third time. It's been a complete waste of time travelling backwards and forwards only to be disappointed each time. What is quite clearly a faulty unit, they are biding their time and seemingly unwilling to replace even though the machine falls well within the warranty period. We didn't expect this from DeLonghi.EDITED: De Longhi have finally agreed to provide a full replacement machine and apologised for the inconvenience. Amending the original 1 star, to 3 stars.
