Absolute 10 star service, thank you! Took my son's bike in this morning with hopes of getting it back next week but Mark took time to fix it right there and then. Gave us really good advice and referred us on to get a better bike as the one that we have will soon be small for my son. In addition he also waived the charge. So grateful and really appreciate it. Next time I am ready to pay double, as the quality of service is of the highest quality. Thanks again!

Amazing ! There is easy parking right out in front of the shop (a day maker when dealing with shops in the CBD) and quick and affordable service! The experience was 10/10 fro start to finish. Would highly recommend Holy Spoke bike repair to anyone needing to give their bike some love.

Great service. Helpful, knowledgeable and proactive bike mechanic. Fixed up my classic Dutch-style bike to perfection. Will definitely be going back again next time I need a service or repair. Handy central location too - just go down the lane off Barton St.

Awesome place, felt well taken care of and a genuine interest in me as a customer.I took a front loading cargo ebike in for some mechanical work (brakes, tyres, and internal gear hub, and other misc checks). Mark took excellent care of it and returned it better than it's ever ridden.Glad to have someone in Hamilton with the ability to service these bikes.
