The second I walked in I felt confident by the professional tasteful premises and atmosphere. Joe was exceptionally accurate,friendly but focused and artistic.I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and love my Tattoo, thank you so much.Couldn't recommend enough. Black Diamond is the biz.

Booked in for a couple helix piercings. The place was super clean. Can't remember the name of the guy who did the piercing but he was really nice. Placement of piercing was great and minimal discomfort experienced. Loved the aftercare kit provided! Would definitely recommend!!

Great work on my tattoo. Healed great, but the service was not the best.First, the tattooist had trouble finding the email I had sent and took about 30 minutes to find it.Second, I had to wait about an hour for the stencil to be drawn.Third, the tattooist seemed unfriendly and like he didn't want to be there. And came off quiet rude.He just put his headphones and listened to a podcast. Only talked to me at the beginning of the tattooing and at the end.Probably won't go again.

Awesome service, went in for a piercing change. Didn’t catch the guys name who helped me but he was awesome. Super informative on what’s the best jewellery for my piercing. 10/10 service.

Went in to get a piercing and was feeling nervous about getting it done + aftercare but the staff member who helped me was so friendly and professional which was really nice and put me at ease. She answered all my questions and provided me with everything I needed for aftercare, if I get any more piercings in the future I will definitely be coming back. :)

Had a golden ratio tattoo done here, for $250 and some of the line work is inconsistent, some parts of it has gone too deep into the skin and makes the outline thin in some places and thick in others. Really grateful the lad there took me in as a walk in. Overall not happy for the price I paid, wouldn’t have minded if I was turned away instead of rushed

Amazing service, I had my nipples pierced, I was able to get an appointment within a day, she prioritized my comfort and took breaks as needed, and she made sure I was happy with the placement and that they were straight. I received all the required aftercare instructions, supplies, and jewellery. Excellent value and a superb job.
