Secure Parking - Federal Street Car Park

This car park is a NIGHTMARE! Our rental car was broken into and suitcases stolen out of it in broad daylight! In the time we have been here, 3 seperate vehicles have bene broken into and had things stolen. The car park company refused to help and will not do anything about it.

The 6pm cutoff for Early Bird parking is a massive inconvenience. It causes a horrible queue every evening, because people are forced to scramble to all leave at once before the deadline. Every day I’ve been stuck in the building for 20+ minutes or more (sometimes up to 40 minutes), with cars backed up all the way to Level 5 waiting to get out. Their website advertises this as perfect for workers"

!!Warning: high probability of breaking in and theft!!We got our rental car broken into (window smashed) on Jan 30th in bright daylight. Suitcase with valuables worth approx 5,000 NZD stolen just hours before our flight back home. Reported to police and “Secure Parking” with all details. “Secure Parking” won’t offer any help, hides behind their T&C, telling me via phone that if I didn’t agree I should have left the premise. (“no liability”)There are no security improvements taken even though many customers reported their cars being broken into since month (see other reviews on Google maps). This shows a clear neglect of their customers safety regardless of better knowledge! A very disappointing customer service!

Do not park here unless you have spare time and money to get your car fixed. Because this car park is not secure. And your car will get damaged.Security doesn’t do anything. They just sweep the floor because of the glass shards. Around 10 cars got their windows smashed.

The parkings are tight, add an extra 1-2 hours to your commute in order to get out of the parking lot. The parking company should have at least 2 exits and traffic management. It’s not worth the $3 savings if you loose 1-2 hours of your day! Photo taken on level 3.5 after a 30min wait so far! No movement since I joined the queue!

Customer care support pathetic. Double charges has been done on early bird single day parking using apps. Now totalling a months early bird parking. Many emails no response from customercare.i have given all evdence on double charge but no acknowledgement or phone call that the matter is under action for refund.The parking app not consistent on charges.

Paid $26 to have my car broken into overnight Saturday. Managed to get my Ute in and out ok but it is very low and narrow. Elevators and stairs look like a filming location for the Saw movies. Granted someone was attempting to clean the various amounts of urine and rubbish off the stairs and lifts but I think it’s too big of a job for just one man. They have roller gates for the entranceway, perhaps they could figure out a way to stop non users from entering the building, even if you have to put your parking ticket in to get into the stairwell would solve most of the problems. I suspect management don’t want to invest to improve user experience. Shame, handy location to the hotel and sky city.

My son's car was stolen from the supposed to be secured car park.Nobody from Secure parking wants to accept their responsibility.The car park is not actually secure.Barricade is too short that small cars can just easily go out without having to use a card.Their business's motto 'Easy in. Easy out' is true.

Rather pay more and avoid the headache of parking here and having this happen to your car or worse. They tried to steal my car on 12 January 2023. Not much help from Secure Parking staff, I was told they will follow up and send me an email, still haven't received any followup.
