Bought 2016 Mercedes CLA 180 in October. Was given two remote keys one of which belonged to another car. Have retuned them the wrong key and made few calls and txts requesting right one, 5 months and still waiting on receiving the right key. Owner no longer responding.

You brace yourself going into any car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people like Nick who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Eurohub Christchurch. I would definitely recommend any one trying to buy a import car from them. Great customer service and gave me an honest price on my trade in, very happy with purchase.
