Love Central Bark Parnell! The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. It’s a great place for our puppy to play with other dogs or stay the night at the pet hotel whenever we are away. We always recommend CB to other dog owners we meet. Thanks for opening such a great facility Maggie!

You can happily leave your fur babies at Central Bark without worrying about anything. Their service is exceptional and are always welcoming. They are under a new management now but the quality of service is unchanged, just new faces. There is no more half day service so cannot by any packages for half day daycare. My dog always get excited to go there. Sure is his second home.They have cover parking with a door through to drop off your fur babies.Reception is always very helpful, ring them for any other info

The Central Bark Team work tirelessly to ensure our fur babies are having the very best and most comfortable stay, whilst their humans have to work. I can’t recommend you all enough; Basil adores his games and walks and most of all seeing all his furry companions & angel Aunties. Thank you for making this his all time favourite place. The love and attention you shower our wee man in, especially at the beginning when he was a little unsure, was reassuring and helped us get through the anxiety of leaving him for the first time. From the moment Central Bark opened it was clear that at the core of everything they do is a shared love of animals and their well being. My little dog was quite nervous for her first 6 sessions and the team at Central Bark really worked with her to make her more confident. Now she can't wait to get there and runs through the front door and straight up the ramp to get to her friends. I have also found her behaviour outside Central Bark has changed and she is more confident and happy all round. Thank you team Central Bark for making Miss P so happy!

My puppy attended daycare here for a few months and we had a wonderful experience. My puppy loved going there so much, would literally sprint to Central Bark as soon as she's out of the car!

At last a dog day care / hotel actually IN THE CITY !!Great location with parking.Great premises, super clean and boutique like. It doesn’t feel like a dog factory like other day care centres.Great service & feedback from the staff, they are so caring.Our babies Raven & Phoenix are loving their weekly stay and so are we !We definitely recommend Central Bark.

We have a Cavoodle puppy and had our puppy’s first full groom here but we were so disappointed that the groomer didn’t have any skills for grooming. Sorry to say that but true.. and no manners.. The groomer made our puppy like an old dog and cut hair too much and called Summer cut. It was naked cut to me as we could literally see our puppy’s pink skin EXCPET his head which looked totally unbalanced! We made a phone call and came back again to tidy up as we had to make a payment before checking his haircut so kinda it made us in hurry. However, we came back and the groomer was so rude. She just kept saying ‘so do you want more cut or not?’. It was worst service.. so I really don’t recommend here for grooming. I can cut better than that..

Took my Puppy here for her haircut last week and it was the best she's had yet, we will definitely become regulars here. They asked me exactly how I wanted her to look, and they made sure that she had the best experience ever. Being a puppy she's very social and active but she came out looking absolutely amazing and I couldn't have wished for a better job. Amazing team and fabulous groomers in a wonderful space with plenty of parking for a quick dash in and out.

Worst service I have ever received. Booked my boy for a full groom, and was reassured that the groomers were familiar with grooming the double coat on an arctic breed. 2.5 hours later, received a phone call to pick him up and mention he looks like an angel. Didn’t suspect anything when I was asked to pay first. The reception even commented on the good condition of his coat as I paid (he is brushed daily and not matted or excessively dirty). However, I was then greeted by a WET dog!! Even his ears were still wet. I asked about this immediately, and was told Central bark only assigned 2.5 hrs for him, that they have other appointments lined up and this was the most they could do.What if you went to a hair salon, booked for a hair cut, wash and dry then your hair stylist told you - oops, time’s up we are no longer able to dry your hair?! Utterly disappointed not only in the ‘groom’ but also in the service attitude of the staff. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
