The staff member I had here was simply fantastic, I’m not a techie type but he helped me with my phone to sort my internet banking .. he was simply brilliant.. very happy

Had a slightly tricky admin problem to sort, the team at this branch were AMAZINGLY helpful and patient while we worked out exactly what was required and processed everything. Such great service, keep it up!

I needed to verify my identity in a branch after opening an account over the phone, and was rudely turned away by several other Kiwibank branches, saying I needed an appointment. When I came to this branch, the staff were very happy to help me without an appointment and were SUPER helpful and friendly.

Some of the most helpful staff members I could have hoped for! When I was setting up my bank account after moving here, they told me what I needed to do, and when I came back with everything, they were able to set me up within the day! So friendly and couldn't recommend them highly enough. No appointment needed, though if you left it later in the day you might not get seen.

Probably the quickest place in Auckland for opening a Kiwibank account (or a bank account in general). You can post here the IRD application as well, there's a printshop next door in case they're out of forms.

Cannot be that Opening a Bank accoint is that hard!!!This KIWI Bank in Dominion road: offer- a very very polite , calm, Service !!! If you dont understand sth they would assist you!- they clearly say what they need from you. And they just do their Job they not responsible for laws! The laws are contraproduvtive but ja...- i was able to Open a Bank Account as a foreigner within 1/2 hourI needed- a valid passport plus copy- a valid working Visum Plus Copy- access Number (which u created better at home. AND you need better also to Download that kiwi app on your phone)-AND what i really critizize: you need1) a letter from someone who says that you live with him/her/them Plus!!!! A signature2) you NEED a gas or water or electricity bill of those !!!!!!! So that the Bank can see that this someone really existsSo here is my point: sorry but in how far this should prevent laundring money dear newzealand politics responsibles??INCREADIBLE!!!!___________________________So dear kiwibank Team: Thanks so much for listening... I came on Friday, it was to late, they told me to come on Monday. I came at 8:45 on Monday but only 12 people can open a bank account on a day so they told me that it wasn't possible today... And you can not get an appointment for an other day.... worst experience in NZ
