Can highly recommend Lou and Marc, they were very professional, good communicated and responded immediately to our call or text etc. Cleaned the chimney, diagnosed correctly and fixed the problem with our smoking fire. Definitely will use them again...

When our fire suddenly stopped working on the Friday of a long weekend I didn’t hold out much hope of us getting it fixed in the next few days. I googled chimney services in Wanaka and text Mark and Lou to ask if and when they’d be able to help.To my (and the rest of the family’s) absolute delight, Lou was able to pop in the next day and sort us out. She was incredibly professional and got the job done quickly. We are so grateful to Lou and Southern Lakes Fire and Chimney Services for the amazing job, and on a Saturday - our fire is on and roaring better than it has in a long time! Thank you!

I found Southern Lakes chimney sweep provided excellent service. They arrived when they said they would, were very professional and left everything clean and tidy. They even went the extra mile and fixed a few loose screws in the ceiling plate. I would highly recommend them.

Satisfaction!Every year (2 cleans a season)they provide us with a great clean and leave us safe in the knowledge that our flue and fire is safe to operate. An important service that will minimises the risk and heartache of a house fire.
