Visited shortly after new management took on this historic cafe in September 2017. Had brownies, a lemon cake and a panini - all items were well presented and tasted heavenly. Staff were very friendly and service was super quick too. Will definitely visit again!

Great place for tea and scones! Surrounded by local art, and Artisan wines' tasting room is a quick 2 minute walk away.

Great food. Great service. The staff were unbelievably polite and helpful. The pulled pork burger was delicious as was my coffee milkshake.

Menu was disappointing. They offered 3 bread types to accompany omelet and then didn't serve the choice asked for. And how can they possibly justify charging $1.00 extra for soy when a litre of soy costs $3.00. And why do cafes never remove the cost of cows milk from their coffee price before adding their soy charge? In effect you are being charged for both...and I, for one, will not be paying for either.

Sit under farmstead trees with food and drink from people who care and own a caring business. It's a great spot. The staff are really genuine and friendly. We had the toasted sandwiches, spring salad, milkshakes and a samosa, while we chatted in the mid-day breeze. It was a delight.

Food is excellent - lots of it and at a great quality, worth every dollar. The new owners are wonderful and have made the place look very chic and open. They even have an area for kids to play with toys and read books! Really enjoyed the experience.

I gave the Packing Shed a second go yesterday after an atrocious bacon and eggs breakfast there last year. Sorry to say this one was even worse! The bacon was unrecognisable stuff that looked like the sole of a shoe. My sister's ham and cheese toasted sandwich was disgusting as well because they obviously use the lowest grade processed ham, etc - yuk!! The people were nice though so it's a big pity the cafe food is so ratshit when it's in such a delightful location. Bring on new management please!

We hadn't been here for a couple of years or more. Wow!!, the new owner, Lisa, and her husband have transformed the interior of this place hugely, but have enhanced, but retained, its original use as a packing shed, hence it's name! Lisa is a delightful host, answer a great cook, l believe. My wife and l each had a piece of her delicious home-made carrot cake. Our friends each had one of Lisa's muffins. Which, l believe were equally delicious. Their coffee is to be recommended also. Guys, if you want a nice eating experience, then do take your lady to this delightful cafe. I'm certain you will not be disappointed.
