DON'T TRUST DUNCAN! This guy is an absolute scam, won't answer his phone calls nor will he reply to emails regarding unpaid bills! He's all take and no give, seems like a common theme going on here.... Would not recommend

Marion, Duncan and the team are highly knowledgable, and did an excellent job of both bodywork and mechanical repairs on my car. Email replies always come quickly and they can never do enough to help you not only be fully informed of work that needs to be done, but also take the time to explain why and how work will be done. The best I've found in Queenstown!

As always they do a great job at a great price.I certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a panel or paint job, especially if it's your classic pride and joy.

RUN AWAY FROM THERE ! Most dishonest businessman ever. We had a starter issue with our Toyota Hiace. Due to our low backpacker budget, that guy proposed us a second hand one. He was supposed to keep in touch when he found the one that match our model (with a diesel, you'll find 2 different types of starter). He called me back 2 days later to let me know that he found a second hand starter. He asked us our credit card details and gave us a appointment 1 week later. He called me 1 hour before that appointment to announce he didn't received the starter. Finally, he called me back the next day to let me know that he had no starter at all. Unbelievable. At this time, we had already lost 10 days of our time (we are travelers, time is ticking). What was his solution ? Fixing the problem with a brand new one, of course ! But he had to ask his supplier if it was possible to send him the 2 different types of starter because he didn't know the one we had on our van (remember, he told me 10 days earlier that he found the right second hand one for us) and send the wrong one back. He was supposed to call me back later to let me know if it was possible or not ... but we were in a hurry because the van wasn't able to start anymore, we had no news from him that day so we turn back to another mechanic in town (btw that guy fixed our problem in changing only 2 small pieces on the starter, no question of second hand or brand new one) ... and guess what ? that dishonest business man" charged us 50$ for ... nothing !! he didn't even touched our van. Gave him a visit the next day to get our money back but we only received threats from his staff in return. We went to the Police but they couldn't helped us because of the fact that we gave him our credit card on the phone (it was actually for the second hand one and not for the brand new one). That's unbelievable. More than a bad mechanic

Couldn't be happier with my experience - the guys were incredibly helpful directly dealing with the individual who hit my vehicle and who was paying for the damages. They were sure all parties involved were on the same page and they provided quick and friendly service.

Have rung and emailed Duncan for months and no reply, need to sort out the problem
