Post Haste Couriers Hamilton

My parcel had been missing for more than a week and no one takes responsibility. No one at customer service seems to know how to find my parcel. Customer service operator named Jess seemed to be very unclear about an update and was really firm and unfriendly while dealing the missing parcel.

Post haste has great pricing and great delivery service. Can be a bit slow in their return department

I received a call from my neighbour that some one had left a parcel in my mailbox, half sticking out so it could be stolen. So, I checked the tracking number and it had been sitting there for five hours. What makes it worse is that courier 137 singed for it posing as me. In the future, I will tell my clients to not use this courier service.

Absolutely rubbish service! Have been waiting 10 days for their courier to collect a parcel we booked for collection. And this is regular with this lot. We’re moving to a business that actually values having customers.

Every time they card my parcel even though I'm blatantly home!! Had 2 parcels delivered today perfectly fine yet Post-haste carded me. Ridiculous

Says my package was delivered by driver731 at 3.30pm and there is nothing all day.. prefer NZ post

The staff are friendly and helpful.Never had trouble with there service before when having packages delivered.

Absolutely abysmal service from a company that clearly couldn't care less! I've been waiting on a package that was shipped from Hamilton to Auckland 8 days ago, I could have walked to Auckland and back in that time! When questioned, they just make excuses and empty promises with no follow through. Twice now I have been told that it will be retrieved and given to the courier for urgent delivery and twice that hasn't happened. Their suggestion - that I pick it up from the depot myself! Regardless of the fact that that isn't actually possible for me and really defeats the purpose of paying for delivery, I have now been told that they are having trouble locating the package, so I do wonder how I was supposed to pick it up if they don't know where it is!

I would recommend NOT using Post Haste as a supplier or them as contractors.Clearly unable to follow instructions if instructions are left.Originally, I had purchased an order through a small NZ business with the details “Leave it in the Mailbox if the parcel fits otherwise to leave it at another location on the property”.The package could not fit and was left hanging halfway out of the mailbox with the lid open and ultimately taken. (Confirmation of this, is that I had brought the same item that is packed the same way in the same delivery box and had placed this in the mailbox and could see it definitely could not fit).Upon sending this verification, Post Haste could not and would not refund us and advised that the business would need to make the claim which they had attempted but again Post Haste failed to provide.During this experience, the original customer service representative myself and partner were loading with was rude and did not provide myself and partner with adequate information unless she was prompted. My partner had tried to ask for an email to lodge a complaint however upon the customer service rep consolidating with her colleague she was able to provide the email.We have lost money and faith in this business and will be sharing this experience amongst our communities, friends and colleagues.
