From the first sight of flare fires fireplaces, i was hooked.Flares website has all the info you need & customer service is on point, weather it be email or phone call.Very informative right through the whole process including step by step emails of how, what, When and where.It would have to be the easiest process I've ever been through.Highly recommend flare fires if your wanting to create an outdoor area with a grand master peice as the focal point!(Photo shown is still in the under construction" process)"

Communication was without fault, nothing was a problem even we when had a delay they stored the fire for us until we were ready for install. We've had the fire just on a month now and love it. Easy to light, easy to cook on and the food is yummy, we haven't had a bad meal yet! Would definitely recommend Flare to anyone looking for an amazing outdoor fire!
