Well to be honest it was amazing . To start it all off they were on time and the taxi they picked me up on was spotless and clean , which was lovely. Also it was a delight to chat with them and have a laugh and they now the island so well , like places to see and an insight of waiheki island . Thankyou Ting and Diana for the beautiful experience, definitely rate this taxi service a five star

Hired out for a big group for my bday, Diana & Joseph were so lovely and patient with us and even did a second trip to pick up a late member.Also super affordable! Will definitely ask for their services again at my next trip, 5/5 stars!

By far thee BEST taxi experience on the island. Diana is amazing! She is so lovely, riding with her is like being picked up by an old friend. She really goes the extra mile to get you where you need to go and even came back to pick us up at the agreed time to take us back to the ferry - we really appreciated this and her integrity as she was already super busy. Great communication. Will definitely be calling her on our next visit. THANK YOU!

Awesome couple who go out of their way to make sure you have a great island experience. Diana & Joe are friendly, and not only great service but a lot of fun and laughs as we tripped around the island. We’ll be using them again when we come back thank you!

The best service. Diana was so efficient and very friendly. We were well looked after for our weekend away in Waiheke. Would not use any other taxi service. They are the best!

Amazing service, communication and hospitality! Diana was awesome, she went above and beyond for our group. When our plans fell through she helped sort out an incredible afternoon on the beach and even picked up our fish and chips for us!! Thank you again Diana, you saved the day!! Would recommend this company to everyone and will use them again every time we come to Waiheke!

Absolutely impeccable service from Diana & Joseph. The only taxi service to use on Waiheke. Their clean and efficient service was second to none for our party of 11. They kept in contact all along. They also helped us with changes to our schedule and offered options to allow for this, plus gave us a free mini tour. They were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
