Good God they need to get their act together.Prices are missing on a lot of goods and a lot of products have the wrong pricing.One cheese item had 3 different prices and after staff was notified they spent ages removing cheeses as it was discovered everything was the wrong pricing. This is only one example there are many more. They have had time to up their act but it may be a very long process.

Had a bad experience watching an elderly lady with a basket over her arm.when she asked a staff member for assistance to help out, the staff member replyed sorry im on my break !!!! Where's the customer service?? Several customers witnessed this and also commented.

Avoid the old, short, fat lady at the self serve checkouts if you're buying alcohol. Even if you are obviously 40yo she will ask you for ID and deny you service, even if you provide it but it is a week expired. Then she'll direct you to the liquor store behind the warehouse. Seems like a scam it's so ridiculous.

Was a nice little place, it looked nicer than the one I usually go to in Ashburton the way it was all layed out. Only thing bad was the cars/people in the car park as the cars and pedestrians weren't looking all of the time and would pull out/walk out in front of the cars etc

Do not think much of the new shop. Everything is all over the place .. no order in the way stock is displayed
