TECT Park

Needs better signage on tracks. Maybe in 50 years it will be outstanding with all the plantings. The adrenaline forest looked like fun. An asset for future generations

Great location and park with lots of great walk and thing to do. Great plan for the family to explore and see other do outdoor things. Dog friendly whiwas great. Well worth a visit.

Went with my daughter today to Adrenaline Forest Park. Didn't know it was part of TECT so drove straight past. But other than that, amazing. And seeing all the other adventures to be enjoyed, we will be back. Loved our making like monkeys and watching others. I got cheek cramps from laughing so hard and leaking eyes. Great staff. No climbers freaked out while I was there, you just climb to your limit. Love how each level touches down before going to the next stage. Had a break and then off for 1 more.

The glow worms in the tunnel were very cool. Great trails. Clean toilets. Great stay

Love the Te Rerenga Trail walk so pretty through the forest around 4km or so takes about an hour or so. recommended great for mountain biking Tect park also - @charmainenzl instagram

Huge area for outdoor adventures and lovely Kiwi Camp style freedom camp

Great spot surrounded by nature, carpark or grass parking, toilets, showers, laundry, cook tops and washing sinks.Don't forget to purchase a kiwicamp cash tag before arriving.

A beautiful relaxing campground. Its a bouns its free to stay with flushing toilets. However cost to use the showers and the water to wash your dishes but there an outside tap I think its drinkable. Was muddy when we stayed due to the rain we been having. Make sure you have something to sit under outside so you can enjoy the peace and listening to the nature

This is only a review of Te Rerenga tunnel track at TECT park, not of all the adrenaline activities you can do there. The track is a nice trek into the forest once you get past all the dead land where all the trees have been cut down. Plenty of photo opportunities of the fauna snd different flowers etc. The signs say it's an easy track, but i wouldn't be taking my elderly parents as there are plenty of stairs and uneven ground. But for a young family and a place to wear the children out, this is a great place to go. Not too far from Tauranga city, it's a change from heading to The Mount on the weekend. There's toilets and a BBQ area for a sizzle up after the 3 kilometre walk. If you're after more adrenaline, hit the commando course or slide a rally car around a dirt track nearby
