Hamish and the TomTom Productions team were nothing but fantastic in helping us bring our event to life at the Queenstown Skyline. They created something bespoke, made working with a supplier remotely a breeze, and were extremely knowledgeable and professional to accommodation everything we needed! We have used TomTom for the past two years for our school musicals. The service is always extremely professional and they have the best equipment in the country. Pack in and out is always a breese, they work with students and young adults joining the industry extremely well and this has been a huge factor in our tech students development.This year we were also priviledge to the Give Give programme which enabled the school to purchase leading industry equipment out of our price range and made our school musical look and feel professional. Pre event communications - was very good. I never had a long wait for a response or request for you.Any queries I had regarding the resources required for the event were explained in a logical supportive manner.Delivery - Just have to say that Josh and his team who undertook the set up the Memorial Hall were true professionals.Resources – Everything that I needed to run the event smoothly was on hand. We had the correct number of spot lighting for the stage, room lighting to see all the artwork on display, screen and projection equipment to link and project our sponsors and course content onto the screen with audio at the appropriate volume. The Musician’s needs were catered for so she could be heard playing through the start of the Event. Mics were available for the MC and Auctioneer to run their banter and undertake the Live Auction. Throughout the latter part of the evening Josh made sure that there was a Mic available for one of the Trustees to make announcements.Josh checked in on arrival with me, listened to what I wanted to achieve and suggested how this could be done. Once agreed, he and the team worked through the set up process quickly and efficiently.Josh checked in with me regarding timing of the various parts of the event. Worked to set up the student musician with a minimum of fuss.He worked with one of the Trustees to get the projection/screen working effectively. Projection and audio sounded and looked very professional.Spot Lighting complimented the Artwork we had on stage and on display in the Hall.During the Event - Throughout the event, Josh would check in with me to see if I was happy or when I needed the next change to take place re mics, sound or lighting. They made adjustments when requested and packed up the equipment set up for the Musician once they had completed their segment. Their pack up at the end of the event was quick, efficient with no fuss or noise. Josh touched based with me prior to departing to make sure I was happy with what he had done during the evening.He is a credit to the company.Do Better? – NothingDo Differently?
