Is it the largest Countdown supermarket in Auckland? Certainly feels like it. Maybe the best planned with overall clear wayfinding directions. Great fruit and vegetables. Extensive meat and salad selection. Huge wine overview. Big bakery. A supermarket designed to supply family provisions.

My first time at this Countdown 8/04/23 and I was so amazed at the variety of products, how vibrant the store looked inside and out and the shelves were well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

Witnessed one of your staff getting stabbed the other day by someone that stole from countdown. You need to employ more/better security

It is gorgeous. I usually dnt easily rate places providing services with a 5 star rating. But, this store worth it. Huge store. Plenty of options available including some options which u may not notice in a usual Countdown store such as a cafeteria, and a sushi shop. It is opened till midnight and that is what is a standout again. Plenty of onsite parking available. Self checkout service is available. I don't know how good their customer service is because I never wanted to seek assistance. This rating is for the store and how it is presented and maintained. But, if u visit closer to midnight, then the place would not be that convenient as they are doing night filling. So, boxes are all-over the place.

Uninterested staff.Heaps of customers in a queue with 2 check outs at midday.Staff just walking through possibly on a break. Must be really short of Staff.

This really is a stand-out Countdown. The two things that make it are the ease of parking, and the range of product. You sometimes will pay a little extra for some items (compared with Pak’nSave) but they rarely run out of most items. Big, clean, pleasant to shop in. Mostly found what I was looking for. Similar layout of all Countdowns means it’s easy to find things if it’s not your local CD.

Good location. Lots of free parking but don’t go there to take your prescription. Its pharmacists were not efficient. They were very slow. I had taken our prescription three times. Each time I had to wait 15 minutes regardless there were any other customers before or after me. Like this morning I got to wait for 15 minutes for a repeat of two packages of medicine. While waiting I didn’t see they were attending to any other customers. Last month my wife went there for free flu vaccination. She was asked to fill a prescribed form and wait 30 minutes. At the end she was told they didn’t have the vaccine and didn’t know when it would be available. So disappointing!

I like visiting this place. Nice clean place with plenty of options from bakery. Very good collection of wines and details about each wine type is what stands out for me. Ambience is very good. No issues with parking here. Very nice staff here. They have a chemist as well.
