What a wonderful Team in Dunedin, the workshop were so helpful and helped me when I had no idea what to do with my E bikes flat tyre. All the staff are very welcoming A+A+

I’ll just share the experience on a rainy day and let you decide.Had a flat bicycle tire and said please check and fix.One young man inflated the tire and said it’s fine in one minute. So I took the bike back to car and found quickly the tire flat again.I visited the store for the second time. They looked and said it might need a new check. I left the bike there and went back 30 minutes later, paid about $18 and was told all good.I took the bike back home, moved it from my car, and found the tire flat again. So I drove to the store and asked for help for third time. Another guy helped and after about 10 minutes told me it’s fine. Then he realized immediately some part was not installed properly. He said sorry, installed it and let me take the bike, without charging me.Conclusion: it's possible you can fix the problem after visiting them three times.

Poor customer service. Lied to me at the time of sales.Bought a protein shaker from them on 18/05/2022. First the sales representative said they don’t have any l. Then told them it’s showing on website. Then they said oh yes we do have. While doing a purchase wanted a black colour one. Then lied again that they don’t have it in the stock. Told them again that it’s showing on website that it is available. They still said noThen they sold a faulty white shaker. Went to them on 20/05/2022 to ask for refund. They denied and then they swapped the lid from other shaker and gave me back the other one. Came home and washed in a dish washer and then read that it is not a dishwasher safe while their website mentioned that it is a dishwasher safe. So got that ruined again. Moreover very arrogant & poor customer service. Never faced anything like that in Dunedin

Fantastic product range and competitive prices. Best of all great staff with solid product knowledge and service. My bike had a warranty issue and the Torpedo 7 team sorted it efficiently. My bike came home in showroom condition. Thanks Stephan & team. Very much appreciated.

Was told when to pick up my bike following it’s service being completed.Turn up and get told my service isn’t complete, the service technician had left because he was sick.. fine but no communication.Wouldn’t give my bike back without charging full price for the service which hadn’t been close to completed.Get out the track that afternoon and find that my suspension lockout now doesn’t work as well.Staff were unhelpful and didn’t try to offer any solution.Stay clear, would not recommend.Unorganised and unprofessional.

The staff at the bike workshop are worst people I have ever encountered. They just look at you and then and refuse to even acknowledge your existence. This shop has an attitude problem and the only reason I gave it one star was to be able to write this review.

Torpedo 7 Dunedin were awesome helping me out when I had issues with my bike after an accident that had it looking worse for wear. Really good at listening about the circumstances around it and offering a fair solution. Much appreciated.

Spent all morning looking in the central city for sleeveless vests. Apart from a couple of exceptions customer service was nonexistent, On the way home we stopped at Torpedo7 and found exactly what we were looking for so brought 2 of them. Customer service was outstanding, cheers Ruby.

Honestly this shop is so useless, takes forever to get anything that's not in store and half the time it's not what you ordered.. Arrogant staff as well!I've been to this shop on several occasions and the customer service is always terrible.I'll be shopping at evo cycles from now on.Ive since been back to get a tube changed and for once I actually got Great service, thanks Alex. Maybe management have finally taken the cabbage off and put the head on, and hired some good staff.

Fabulous service and very knowledgeable from the Marc and the bike repair team. Very pleased turn around was quick and ready for a race. Thanks so much, highly recommend.
