Both staff members are real friendly and always have all the knowledge I need on devices, accessories and juices. 10/10 experience everytime I come into the store. Well done team. Highly advice coming to this store for proper vape advice.

This place is always good. It's cheaper than Shosha and the staff have always gone out of their way to help me. I am quite new to vaping and they have helped to explain all the options and settings of my vape. Even picked up a new battery from them and they explained to charge it from a laptop or similar USB port (slow charge) in order to save the battery from dying too fast. I only really buy from the Vape Shed now. Highly recommend.

Awesome store with great variety and best of all, the nicest staff! Ben has always been great with taking his time to explain products, share information and has a superb vibe. Conveniently located in Glenfield, this is my go to shop for all vape needs. They are always well stocked and super keen to help with things. Great prices too! Some of the things they sell are better priced than vape stores across north shore and online. I totally recommend this place!

These guys went above and beyond. I had a 2nd faulty product. And after speaking the the chap in store, he understood my issues, and although he didn't have to, he sorted me out with a new mod.What more can you say other than top notch customer service.Highly recommend.
