Purchased my first motorcycle from Avon City 6 months ago. Had two services since then, always great service, the bike is always ready within a couple of hours. On the most recent service they let me take an Sv650 home while they performed the service. My bike was ready very quickly even though they were short staffed and under the pump. Would recommend.

Bought 2 motorcycles from here, many years ago. A brand new GN125. Then upgraded a year later, to a suzuki S40(650cc). Always great service. Would happily buy another motorcycle from Avon City.

I have just taken ownership of a new Suzuki SV650, and a whole set of new riding gear. The team were friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to meet all my needs.An extra big shout out to Steve, who was great to deal with, also Eliot who was very helpful. Never any pressure, and they always offered good advice (what more could you ask for).Thanks to the other team members behind the scenes who got my bike ready. Very happy with my purchase and the level of service. Thanks fellas.

Great service.Recently bought a full set of gear from here. Visited several times over the past couple of months to try things on and had a huge amount of help and advice from Hayden. As a total newbie, I really appreciated how patient he was in answering a lot of dumb questions. I've been around a few shops in town and the service here was really a cut above.Really happy with what I came away with - I'll definitely be back in future.

I crashed on the Lewis Pass and was desperate to have someone check my front brake to see if it needed bleeding (was going almost all the way to the bar). No one else would look at the bike as they were either too busy or Covid had affected staffing. Avon took my bike (dropped what they were doing!), sorted the front brake and then wouldn't charge me for the work. Incredible service! I bought a rain-suit from the store as a thank you for their efforts. Thanks again guys, you're legends.
