I have had the very same experience as other reviews . After being a loyal customer for over 7 years I have been shocked about how I have been treated in the past months trying to negotiate our business printing solutions. They have no care for SME in NZ and will just bully you. Buyer beware, this company should be ashamed of themselves ....looking to go further with my experience.

Fuji Xerox Technicians have always supplied excellent service for over the last 10 years we have been a customer. We have a large number of Fuji Xerox printers and devices in our work place and over time I have found any service calls logged have always been promptly attended to. They have a great team of friendly skilled Technicians.

We have been working with Fuji Xerox for more than ten years, and we are always satisfied with the service that we received. We have never run out of supplies as they sent them in a timely manner. We have two C4471 printers, and they have always exceeded our expectations.Our experience with the customer service team has always been positive as they are very helpful. We only had one or two cases where we had to contact customer service to get help in configuring settings. The representatives were very patient and knowledgeable when they were guiding us on how to configure.To conclude, Fuji Xerox has always been a trustworthy service provider for us for more than ten years, and they are our preferred supplier.

Hi There,I have experienced the worst service for this machine, I last 3 months I have had more than 10 technical call outs to have the machine fixed. In last 3 weeks the machine has been experiencing hardware problems related to fiery - which has been replaced twice but the machine is still having problems. It is very disappointing as I believed xerox had a good reputation and provided great service.It has affected our business to a great extent and also our customer base. To say I will never recommend anyone to get a machine from fuji xerox. Further on this 10 + call outs is equal to 100 hours of our down time in total and a huge inconvenience overall.RegardsJay Gohel

So many times told them to pick their machine up, business went into liquidation and they purposely delayed the process in picking their machine up and now after 1 year send a bill of $4577 from a debt collecting agency. Be very careful in dealing with this company, they will con you into a contract and make you take personal guarantees.

Our company has been using Fuji Xerox printers for a number of years.We love the printers and the service we get from all Fuji Xerox staff.The staff are always friendly and helpful and the problems get solved in a timely manner.I can not rate Fuji Xerox highly enough with everything they do to for myself and the other staff members.Satyam recently came in and was in and out in no time with the problem solved and we are able to get back to being productive.Would definitely recommend Fuji Xerox to everyone.

Our local technician Grant Dame is amazing. He was able to squeeze us into the same day we rang even though he had a busy day scheduled. We are so reliant on having our printer working 24/7 and Grant's immediate response to get the job up and running before the end of the day is very much appreciated. Another technician joined Grant so Thank You Fuji Xerox team and Grant, you are the best :-)

Excellent service. We are Fuji Xerox's customers for many years.The quality of products at Fuji Xerox is always the highest and done in timely manner.Recently, we did encounter a small technical problem caused by improper staff operations. A technician called Andrew Pei came quickly to help us solve all the problems and ensure that we were taken care of! His troubleshooting techniques are amazing.

Fantastic products and truly a market leader in innovation. Service calls are attended promptly and they seem to have a pool of skilled technicians around the country who never failed to help us when in need.Have had printing machines from a couple of other companies, but none of them come close to Fuji Xerox. Very happy with their products and service, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a hassle free printing experience.
